Description

This position assists in leading production crews in building and pouring precast panels. The Concrete Foreman is responsible for positive team morale, timely production, and quality products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as a leader on the production crew.
• Positively lead crews of 5 or 6 employees in a timely and efficient manner.
• Effectively communicate with production coordinator, quality control, and batch plant operator.
• Show a strong ability to effectively read panel drawings and indicate potential errors.

Requirements

• At least 5 years as a concrete Foreman
• High School Diploma
