Ace Hardware Home and Garden built a new facility in Peosta, IA. The new facility contains a total of 105 precast wall panels. The exterior finish of the building includes a heavy sandblast texture with an acid-etched finish. Form liner was also used to make unique reveals and patterns on the face of the building. APC’s design team worked hard on this project to help bring the vision of Ace Hardware to life. Various precast colors, textures, and brick and window accents helped create a modern and fresh curb appeal look for customers to enjoy.
