Advanced Properties 2 warehouse is home to the newest location for Zero Zone, Inc. The 100,000 sqft warehouse facility comprises 100 precast wall pieces ranging in thickness from 12″ to 14″ panels. The exterior panels are designed with a two-tone white and black concrete mix design. The front panels at the entrance of the building are textured with a form-liner design to give the building a unique finish. APC worked alongside the general contractor, Decker Concrete, throughout the initial design phase and completion of this building.
