North Scott Community YMCA facility in Eldridge, IA, is a 43,400 sqft recreational facility. This project comprised 86 wall panel pieces with a brick and medium sandblast exterior finish. The facility officially opened to the public in December of 2022. The community now enjoys using upgraded cardio equipment, workout facilities, a gymnasium, and a new aquatic center. APC worked alongside the architect, Legat Architect, and general contractor, Russell Construction, during the production of this project.
