Medline is a 130,000 sqft medical manufacturing and distributing supply facility in Dubuque, IA. The project comprised 186 wall panel pieces with a painted exterior finish. The new structure features a cafeteria, coffee shop, an on-site fitness center, and a multi-purpose gymnasium to encourage employees to exercise and stay active. Medline’s facility was completed in 2020 during the whirlwind global medical crisis, Covid-19. The completion of the new facility typically would have caused great excitement; however, the pandemic caused a delay in having employees move into the new building. Employees officially moved into the facility in 2021.
