McGrath Buick GMC is a 25,630 sqft full-service dealership in Cedar Rapids, IA. The building’s north, east, and west exterior walls were built from 54 wall panel pieces with a white concrete mix design. Inside, 18 wall panels construct office and vehicle service rooms. GMC’s design standards require new dealerships to have white exteriors. We worked alongside the project architect, engineer, and general contracting team to design and produce white precast panels for the new facility, and this was one of the first times this has been done.
