Baymont Hotel is located off the shores of the Mississippi in Bellevue, IA. The facility was constructed back in 2016 in order to finish out a trio of entertainment facilities near the river.
The hotel is constructed with a 100% concrete structure made with insulated wall panels in order to maintain structure durability and increase the buildings thermal energy. Hollow core was used for the buildings floors and roofing and the walls were designed with precast in order to eliminate excess noise. The building opted for a smooth, tan finish in order to compliment the other facilities and landscaping around it. With its low maintenance exterior, the Baymont Hotel still stands sharp today.
