Iowa City West High School looked to add on to their current building in order to construct another practice gymnasium for the high school. The school looked to expand the facility towards the back of campus in order to create the most optimal building space for the project.

The Iowa City West addition used liners in order to create a curtain look finish on the exterior of the isolated wall panels. This gives the building a textured detail while keeping the curb appeal sharp. The tan color was matched with the existing wall panels located on the exterior of the main building in order to stay consistent with the overall design and appearance of the high school.
