The new Delaware County Sheriff’s Office is a 34,000 sqft facility in Manchester, Iowa. The new facility will be able to hold more than 40 inmates and 13 deputies, with room for expansion. The facility comprises 192 precast wall panels with a standard grey mix design and a light and heavy sandblast finish. The interior walls were painted for an aesthetic appeal. APC worked alongside General Contractor, Woodruff Construction, and Architect, Weidner Architecture LLC on this project.
