Aaron’s career with APC has spanned various roles from production, and quality control, to his current position as Senior Project Manager. Aaron excels in communication and organization.
Abbie began as a summer intern during college. After graduating in 2019, she joined the team full-time as the Assistant Director of Operations. As of 2023, Abbie now works full-time in Marketing.
Andrew started working part-time at APC throughout high school and joined the logistics team full-time in 2020 after graduating. Andrew is a jack-of-all-trades and currently oversees our maintenance department.
Barry joined APC in 2021 as the Logistics Coordinator and has worked here ever since. He helps keep our logistics team organized and ensures timely shipping.
Chad was named Quality Control Manager in 2021. He is responsible for overseeing the quality of APC’s concrete precast products.
Heather began her career at APC in 2012, working part-time in finances. She joined the team full-time in 2015 and currently oversees all financial aspects of APC.
In 2024, Jenna joined our team as the Human Resources Director, bringing a wealth of experience in building strong workplace culture and supporting employee growth.
Josue joined our team in 2024 as the production manager. He oversees the production flow and ensures our product is made with quality and delivered on time.
Juan-Marc joined our team in 2024 as Maintenance Director, bringing extensive experience in the maintenance of small and large equipment. His leadership ensures our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely every day.
Mike Decker founded APC alongside a small group of investors in 2008. He serves as the visionary expert for APC, drawing on his 25 years of experience owning a concrete construction company, Decker Concrete, Inc.
Mike has been in the concrete industry for over 20 years. In 2022, he was named head of sales and estimating for APC and Decker Concrete, Inc.
Olivia has been a great asset to our team since she joined in 2021 as our office administrator. She specifically coordinates our team’s first impressions and contributes to coordinating office activities.
Randy was named Director of Operations in 2021. He is responsible for overseeing the operations of various departments within APC.
Ryan joined our team in 2024 as part of our Sales and Estimating department. With a strong attention to detail and a passion for customer service, he helps ensure each project starts with accurate estimates and clear communication.
Shaun joined the APC team in 2023 as our Batch Plant Manager. With over 15 years of experience in the concrete industry, he brings his extensive knowledge of concrete and ready-mix coordination to the team.
Will joined APC in 2022 and has moved through various roles in the company, from production to his current position in Project Management. Will is a great asset to our team!
