This position is responsible for assisting APC’s Logistic Coordinator by printing shipping tickets and performing other office duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with assigned job general contractor and steel erector to schedule shipping coordination including, but not limited to:
Responsible for obtaining erection sequence form General Contractor and/or Steel Erector
Communicate time of arrival and shipping frequency.
Coordinate number of APC truck loads, time of arrival, and frequency of shipment.
Distribute shipping schedule with Quality Control, Crane/Yard Crew, Project Manager, Director of Operations, and Inventory departments for clear communication.
Obtain and manage accurate jobsite locations and addresses.
Coordinate the shipment of loose materials including extra plates, picks, and other material that the erection company is requesting for a job.
Generate panel barcodes to place on concrete panels post production for Quality Control to manage fixes and prepare for shipping.
Deliver consistent and daily notifications of Daily Average Erection Repost to designated officials and departments.
Required Skills/ Abilities:
Excellent communication skills as well as ability to listen to, understand, and follow directions.
Ability to remain flexible as specific assignments change.
Reliable and dedicated work ethic and able to work in a team environment as well as independently.

Education and Experience Qualifications:
Prior shipping and logistics coordination preferred.
Experience working with Microsoft Office platform, specifically Excel.
Willingness to be trained on other technological platforms and reading blueprints.
Must be able to work in a stationary environment with periodic standing, walking, stretching, bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.
