May was a month defined by strong production performance, investments in the future workforce, and time spent building stronger connections within our team. As a precast concrete manufacturer serving commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, we know that success comes from both operational excellence and people-first leadership.
Here’s a look at what made May stand out.
Investing in the Next Generation: Start to Work Incentive Winners
We were proud to recognize the winners of our 2026 Start to Work Incentive program.
Our scholarship helps students from Beckman, Maquoketa Valley, and Western Dubuque as they prepare to enter the workforce. These students represent the future of the construction, manufacturing, and agricultural industries—future tradespeople, technicians, and leaders who will shape the next generations of workers.
Investing in students is more than a program for us—it’s a long-term commitment to strengthening the workforce pipeline across all industries.
2026 Start to Work Incentive Winners:
- Mack Wolfe – Beckman Catholic High School
- Drew Vaske – Western Dubuque High School
- Dylan Knipper – Maquoketa Valley High School

Production Highlights: Consistency and Execution in Precast Manufacturing
May was another strong month across our production operations.
- Consistent output of high-quality precast concrete wall panels
- Continued execution of commercial, industrial, and institutional project schedules
- Strong coordination between production, quality control, and shipping teams
- Ongoing improvements in efficiency and workflow management
Every precast concrete panel we produce represents a coordinated effort across multiple departments—from engineering and production planning to casting, finishing, and delivery. The consistency we saw in May reflects a team that continues to refine processes while maintaining a focus on quality and schedule reliability.
In precast construction, precision and timing matter. May demonstrated both.
Team Spotlight: Building Culture Through Connection
This month also included a highlight outside of the production floor—our company wide soccer game.
We recognize the importance of building a strong internal culture. Events like this give our team the opportunity to step away from daily operations, connect with coworkers, and strengthen relationships across departments.
A strong team culture directly supports stronger performance in the field and in the plant. When people trust each other and enjoy working together, communication improves, problem-solving becomes faster, and overall execution becomes more efficient.

Looking Ahead
As we move into the next month, our focus remains consistent:
- Delivering high-quality precast concrete wall panels
- Continuing to strengthen team culture and leadership
- Improving efficiency across production and project cordination
May was a reminder that strong production performance is built on more than equipment and materials—it’s built on people, relationships, and a shared commitment to doing the work well.
We’re proud of what our team accomplished this month and excited to carry that momentum forward!
