As we move further into 2026, May proved to be a strong month across all areas of our operation—from workforce development to production output and internal efficiency. Here’s a look at what we accomplished and what continues to set our team apart.

Supporting the Next Generation of the Workforce

One of the highlights this month was recognizing the recipients of our Start to Work Incentive program. We were proud to award scholarships to outstanding students from Beckman, Maquoketa Valley, and Western Dubuque.

We are proud to support students from Beckman, Maquoketa Valley, and Western Dubuque as they prepare to enter the workforce. These students represent the future of the construction and manufacturing industries—future tradespeople, technicians, and leaders who will shape how buildings are designed and built.

2026 Start to Work Incentive Winners:

  • Beckman Catholic High School
  • Western Dubuque High School
  • Maquoketa Valley High School

Investing in students is more than a program for us – it’s a long-term commitment to strengthening the workforce pipeline in the precast concrete and construction industries.

Precision in Production: May Manufacturing Highlights

May was another strong month across our production and logistics operations.

  • Consistent output of high-quality precast concrete wall panels
  • Continued execution of commercial, industrial, and institutional project schedules
  • Strong coordination between production, quality control, and shipping teams
  • Ongoing improvements in efficiency and workflow management

Every precast concrete panel we produce represents a coordinated effort across multiple departments—from engineering and production planning to casting, finishing, and delivery. The consistency we saw in May reflects a team that continues to refine processes while maintaining a focus on quality and schedule reliability.

In precast construction, precision and timing matter. May demonstrated both.

Team Spotlight: Strengthening Culture Beyond the Plant

This month also included a highlight outside of the production floor—our team bonding soccer party.

While our work is rooted in precision manufacturing and construction logistics, we also recognize the importance of building a strong internal culture. Events like this give our team the opportunity to step away from daily operations, connect with coworkers, and strengthen relationships across departments.

A strong team culture directly supports stronger performance in the field and in the plant. When people trust each other and enjoy working together, communication improves, problem-solving becomes faster, and overall execution becomes more efficient.

Looking Ahead

As we move into the next month, our focus remains consistent:

  • Delivering high-quality precast concrete wall panels
  • Supporting workforce development through programs like Start to Work
  • Continuing to strengthen team culture and leadership
  • Improving efficiency across production and logistics

May was a reminder that strong production performance is built on more than equipment and materials—it’s built on people, relationships, and a shared commitment to doing the work well.

We’re proud of what our team accomplished this month and excited to carry that momentum forward.
