January marked a strong start to the year at APC. We continued production, completed projects, and took time to recognize the people behind our success. From precast components leaving our facility to celebrating employee milestones, this month showcased the teamwork and craftsmanship behind every project.

Current APC Projects: Produced and Shipped

Our teams worked through cold weather to keep schedules on track while maintaining the quality and precision our customers expect. Several projects moved successfully from production to shipment. Many of these projects featured our precast concrete solutions, designed for durability, efficiency, and consistency from production through installation.

Throughout the month, we:

• Produced and shipped precast wall panels and structural components
• Recorded 25,000 miles in January shipping precast products
• Continued collaborations with contractors and partners to support smooth installations

Each project that leaves our yard represents careful planning, skilled craftsmanship, and teamwork across departments – from engineering and production to yard crews and drivers. Seeing these pieces move from our facility to job sites is always a reminder of the role we play in helping bring larger visions to life.

PCI Awards: Cedar Falls High School

Our recent project, Cedar Falls High School, was awarded the PCI Design Award. The 366,000 sq ft High School highlights many of the design advantages precast concrete offers. From aesthetic colors to durable products, the goal was to deliver a structure that would be long-lasting, energy-efficient, and distinctive in the community.

APC worked alongside INVISION Planning | Architecture | Interiors to deliver a precast product that is durable, low-maintenance, long-lasting, and aesthetically valuable. 2025 Employee Awards at APC

January gave us an opportunity to pause and celebrate the people who make APC what it is. Our 2025 Employee Awards honored team members who reached major milestones in their careers and in their commitment to our company.

Reaching five- and ten-year milestones with APC reflect dedication, growth, and a commitment to showing up day after day to do quality work the right way. This year, we celebrated seventeen 1-Year, two 5-Year, and one 10-Year work anniversaries. We also honored a retiring team member whose years of service helped shape our quality control department.

We’re incredibly grateful for each of these employees and the example they set. APC is built on strong relationships, trust, and commitment – and moments like this remind us that our people truly are our greatest asset.
