This 17,560-square-foot childcare facility was designed to serve the growing needs of families in the Dyersville community. The Michael and Jean Knepper Childcare Center features 13 classrooms and adds 131 new childcare slots, creating a welcoming, functional space for early childhood education.
Our team manufactured 64 precast architectural wall panels for the project. The building’s front panels featured a brick façade, providing a warm, traditional appearance that complements the surrounding community. The south-facing panels feature an acid-etched concrete finish, delivering a clean, durable surface well-suited for a high-use childcare environment.
This project highlights the versatility of precast concrete—combining architectural aesthetics with long-term durability and efficient construction—while supporting an essential community resource.
