In 2021, the Central Iowa Shelter & Services team expanded their original 42,000 sqft facility by adding another housing wing. The new facility now includes 24 additional apartments and offices.

The precast product comprises 43 wall panels and 126 hollow-core panels. These panels have an acid wash finish, and some of them also have a form liner exterior design.
