Olivia has been a great asset to our team since she joined in 2021 as our office administrator. She specifically coordinates our team’s first impressions and contributes to coordinating office activities.

Batch Plant Manager

Shaun joined the APC team in 2023 as our Batch Plant Manager. With over 15 years of experience in the concrete industry, he brings his extensive knowledge of concrete and ready-mix coordination to the team.

Andrew Decker

Maintenance

Andrew started working part-time at APC throughout high school and joined the logistics team full-time in 2020 after graduating. Andrew is a jack-of-all-trades and currently oversees our maintenance department.

Barry Funke

Logistics Coordinator

Barry joined APC in 2021 as the Logistics Coordinator and has worked here ever since. He helps keep our logistics team organized and ensures timely shipping.

Chad Winter

Quality Control Manager

Chad was named Quality Control Manager in 2021. He is responsible for overseeing the quality of APC’s concrete precast products.

Abbie Anderson

Marketing

Abbie began as a summer intern during college. After graduating in 2019, she joined the team full-time as the Assistant Director of Operations. As of 2023, Abbie now works full-time in Marketing.

Mike Decker

President / Owner

Mike Decker founded APC alongside a small group of investors in 2008. He serves as the visionary expert for APC, drawing on his 25 years of experience owning a concrete construction company, Decker Concrete, Inc.

Heather Stephen

Director of Finance

Heather began her career at APC in 2012, working part-time in finances. She joined the team full-time in 2015 and currently oversees all financial aspects of APC.

Randy Anderson

Director of Operations

Randy was named Director of Operations in 2021. He is responsible for overseeing the operations of various departments within APC.
